- A9 --Searches the Web and locates information about books through the Amazon.com database. It also offers information from “Inside the Book®” searches. In addition, it points to reference answers from GuruNet, and provides data about movies from IMDb).
- ALL THE WEB and ALTAVISTA --Both of these search engines point to web pages indexed by Yahoo. Their unique value is in the audio section. Both allow users to find audio files available for download or streaming.
- BLINKX --Searches the Web and/or TV news and programs. A companion product is BLINKX.TV, which does not search the Web but is designed to locate clips of TV programs and news.
- BRAINBOOST --Uses Artificial Intelligence technology to understand the user’s question, and match it with relevant answers available on the web.
- CLUSTY --Organizes search results into folders grouping similar items together.
